I just read the article about the dangers of chlorinated drinking water.
I recently joined a swim club to try to get back in shape. The pool is highly chlorinated and I'm wondering if this is something that I should be concerned about?
ANSWER:
Well, the concerns are pretty much the same as bathing or showering in chlorinated water. However, in my experience public pools usually have much more added chlorine than the tap water we bathe in.
So I guess you just have to weigh the benefits of getting in shape (if swimming is your best option) vs exposing your body to chlorine. Hopefully, you have other options.

"Lemon water is one drink both my wife and I can't drink. It upsets our stomachs. We are in our sixties and in very good health—well, better health now that we drink about 2 liters plus of water each day. It has made so much difference to our digestive systems and recovery every day. Thank you for your website and effort." - Rod
